Account and Data Deletion
Users can request deletion of their SmartWords / Word Sling account and associated data at any time.
How to request deletion
Please send an email to:
Include the following information:
- The email address used to sign in (Google account)
- A short request stating that you would like your account and associated data to be deleted
What data will be deleted
Upon verification, we will delete:
- Your account identifier
- Game progress and personal high scores
- Any data associated with your account
Processing time
Account and data deletion requests are processed within 30 days.
